Short Information

 Department of Training & Technical Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, in its endeavour to provide trained and skilled manpower suited to various needs of industry, is implementing various schemes. Craftsmen Training Scheme to impart training in technical and industrial skills through Industrial Training Institutes spread all over Delhi. It is advised that candidate gets his/her documents physically verified at admitting ITI and then pay the admission fee as if, any discrepancy is noted in candidates documents after payment of fee then candidate would lose his/her allotted seat and fee once paid is not refundable. During counseling both Physical Verification of documents at admitting Institute and fee submission within stipulated dates would lead to provisional admission of candidate. If one of the steps is missing then candidate would lose his/her seat and would be out of counseling process. Fee once paid is not refundable

प्रशिक्षण और तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, सरकार। दिल्ली के एनसीटी के, अपने प्रयास में उद्योग की विभिन्न आवश्यकताओं के अनुकूल प्रशिक्षित और कुशल जनशक्ति प्रदान कर रहा है विभिन्न योजनाएं। तकनीकी और औद्योगिक में प्रशिक्षण देने के लिए शिल्पकार प्रशिक्षण योजना पूरे दिल्ली में फैले औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के माध्यम से कौशल। यह सलाह दी जाती है कि उम्मीदवार प्रवेश के समय अपने दस्तावेजों का भौतिक सत्यापन करवा लें आईटीआई और फिर प्रवेश शुल्क का भुगतान करें जैसे कि उम्मीदवारों में कोई विसंगति नोट की गई हो शुल्क के भुगतान के बाद दस्तावेज तो उम्मीदवार अपनी आवंटित सीट खो देंगे और एक बार भुगतान किया गया शुल्क वापसी योग्य नहीं है। काउंसलिंग के दौरान प्रवेश संस्थान में दस्तावेजों का भौतिक सत्यापन और निर्धारित तिथियों के भीतर शुल्क जमा करने से अनंतिम प्रवेश होगा उम्मीदवार। यदि चरणों में से एक गायब है तो उम्मीदवार अपनी सीट खो देगा और काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया से बाहर हो जाएगा।

Documents required at the time of registration Delhi ITI Admission 2022

  • Scanned copy of following original documents in PDF format and recent photograph in jpg format must be uploaded at the time of registration. Size of the PDF documents must be greater than 50 kb and less than 200 kb. The documents have to be uploaded as color scan of original document only and should have to be legible. Scan of copy/photo copy of the document will not be accepted.
    a. Category Certificate (If Applicable): SC/ST/OBC+NCL/EWS certificate in PDF format needs to be uploaded. (If applicable).
    b. Sub Category Certificate (If Applicable): J&K, NCC, Defense Personnel, Divyang (PWD), Minority, Staff Ward, Delhi Government Employee in PDF format needs to be uploaded. (If applicable).
    c. Certificate from Delhi Government registered orphanage regarding being inmate of orphanage. (If applicable).
    d. Certificate from BDO regarding school and residence of candidate located in rural area of Delhi. (If Applicable).
    e. Qualifying Certificate:
    ● 10thClass mark Sheet &/or Certificate showing complete details of All subjects (Including fail and absent subjects), maximum marks/grades, Marks/grades obtained, conversion factor for grades, fail/pass and other applicable details like D.O.B., School State.
    ● 8th Class certificate&/or Mark Sheet showing complete details of All subjects (Including fail and absent subjects), maximum marks/grades, Marks/grades obtained, conversion factor for grades, fail/pass and other applicable details.(If 8th class marks are not filled by candidates then his/her 8th class rank would be prepared based on 10th class marks)
    ● Certificate from Headmaster/ Principal of school as per Annexure VIII of prospectus. (Only, in case the candidate has filled 8th class marks.)
    f. Undertaking by Candidate(Compulsory)
    ● Duly filled and signed undertaking as per Annexure XV at page no. 88 of prospectus is to be submitted in candidates own hand writing and uploaded in the PDF Format. Size of the PDF documents must be greater than 20 kb and less than 200 kb.
    Photograph
    Scanned image of color photograph in jpg format needs to be uploaded. Size of the photo image must be greater than 20 kb and less than 50 kb and Dimension of the photograph image should be 5.5 cm (width) x 7.5 cm (Height) only. The photograph should clearly show face of the candidate in Center and Both Ears should be clearly seen. NO Mask, Cap etc should be worn in the photograph.
    Instrument for payment of Registration Fee
    Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking may be used for making payment of Registration fee of Rs 200/- at the time of registration.

पंजीकरण के समय आवश्यक दस्तावेज दिल्ली आईटीआई प्रवेश 2022

  • पीडीएफ प्रारूप में निम्नलिखित मूल दस्तावेजों की स्कैन कॉपी और जेपीजी प्रारूप में हाल की तस्वीर पंजीकरण के समय अपलोड की जानी चाहिए। पीडीएफ दस्तावेजों का आकार 50 केबी से अधिक और 200 केबी से कम होना चाहिए। दस्तावेजों को केवल मूल दस्तावेज के रंगीन स्कैन के रूप में अपलोड किया जाना चाहिए और सुपाठ्य होना चाहिए। दस्तावेज़ की कॉपी / फोटो कॉपी का स्कैन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
    A. श्रेणी प्रमाणपत्र (यदि लागू हो): एससी / एसटी / ओबीसी + एनसीएल / ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाणपत्र पीडीएफ प्रारूप में अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता है। (यदि लागू हो)।
    B. उप श्रेणी प्रमाणपत्र (यदि लागू हो): जम्मू-कश्मीर, एनसीसी, रक्षा कार्मिक, दिव्यांग (पीडब्ल्यूडी), अल्पसंख्यक, स्टाफ वार्ड, दिल्ली सरकार के कर्मचारी पीडीएफ प्रारूप में अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता है। (यदि लागू हो)।
    C. अनाथालय के कैदी होने के संबंध में दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा पंजीकृत अनाथालय से प्रमाण पत्र। (यदि लागू हो)।
    D. दिल्ली के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में स्थित उम्मीदवार के स्कूल और निवास के संबंध में बीडीओ से प्रमाण पत्र। (यदि लागू हो)।
    E. योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र:
    10 वीं कक्षा की मार्कशीट और / या सभी विषयों का पूरा विवरण दिखाने वाला प्रमाण पत्र (असफल और अनुपस्थित विषयों सहित), अधिकतम अंक / ग्रेड, प्राप्त अंक / ग्रेड, ग्रेड के लिए रूपांतरण कारक, फेल / पास और अन्य लागू विवरण जैसे डी.ओ.बी, स्कूल राज्य।
    ● 8 वीं कक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र और / या मार्क शीट जिसमें सभी विषयों (असफल और अनुपस्थित विषयों सहित), अधिकतम अंक / ग्रेड, प्राप्त अंक / ग्रेड, ग्रेड के लिए रूपांतरण कारक, फेल / पास और अन्य लागू विवरण शामिल हैं। (यदि 8 वीं कक्षा के अंक हैं। उम्मीदवारों द्वारा नहीं भरे जाते हैं तो उसकी 8 वीं कक्षा की रैंक 10 वीं कक्षा के अंकों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी)
    विवरणिका के अनुलग्नक VIII के अनुसार विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक/प्राचार्य से प्रमाण पत्र। (केवल, अगर उम्मीदवार ने 8वीं कक्षा के अंक भरे हैं।)
    F. उम्मीदवार द्वारा वचन (अनिवार्य)
    पृष्ठ संख्या पर अनुलग्नक XV के अनुसार विधिवत भरा और हस्ताक्षरित वचनपत्र। प्रॉस्पेक्टस का 88 उम्मीदवारों को स्वयं के हाथ से लिखा जाना है और पीडीएफ प्रारूप में अपलोड किया जाना है। पीडीएफ दस्तावेजों का आकार 20 केबी से अधिक और 200 केबी से कम होना चाहिए।
    फोटो
    जेपीजी प्रारूप में रंगीन फोटोग्राफ की स्कैन की गई छवि को अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता है। फोटो छवि का आकार 20 केबी से अधिक और 50 केबी से कम होना चाहिए और फोटोग्राफ छवि का आयाम केवल 5.5 सेमी (चौड़ाई) x 7.5 सेमी (ऊंचाई) होना चाहिए। फोटोग्राफ केंद्र में उम्मीदवार का चेहरा स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाना चाहिए और दोनों कान स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देने चाहिए। फोटो में कोई मास्क, टोपी आदि नहीं पहननी चाहिए।
    पंजीकरण शुल्क के भुगतान के लिए साधन
    पंजीकरण के समय 200/- रुपये के पंजीकरण शुल्क का भुगतान करने के लिए क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/इंटरनेट बैंकिंग का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
